VOR is the largest transport association in Austria and has ensured nationwide mobility and comprehensive service for all passengers in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland with more than 40 rail and bus transport partners since 1984.
VOR wanted to become “more uncomplicated” and therefore introduced a uniform fare system for public transport in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland in 2016. This “simplicity” was also to be reflected in the brand identity.

The rebranding was rolled out to applications. First and foremost, to over 2,000 buses that are on the road in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland.
After an extensive brand development process together with several VOR stakeholders, the claim, logo and corporate design were developed and rolled out to numerous applications:
“FONDA has cast this new simplicity of the VOR and the fairness of the current fare system into a calm, market-communicative overall concept offline and online, which will help us to a great extent to communicate the innovations along the customer journey accordingly and to convince our passengers from the manifold advantages of the new VOR.”
